Darling, Where Art Thou? Campaign

Challenge - Invent, create, organize, and run a sell-out interactive art dance event with only owned and word-of-mouth promotion.


Solution - Strategically use the momentum of Saltburn’s popularity and the iconic Shakespeare MidSummer Dream story to hook guest interest and drive themed branding and promotion—naming the event “Darling, Where Art Thou?”

The event name is meaningful as it hints at the venue, and the iconic Shakespearean saying while connecting to the motif of getting lost and finding yourself in celebration.

For the event to succeed, we needed to find the right audience to attend it and get them to commit. To increase the chances of ticket sales and gauge possible attendees, we ran a Mailchimp email campaign with on-theme/brand graphic assets and copy.
Starting with a landing page for guest list sign-ups that we shared with friends and alike via sharing the landing page link to gauge interest then sending ticket updates/reminders directly to our target audience who signed up.

We positioned the copy to make it feel exclusive and invite-only to increase the hype and FOMO—and used strategic email updates with quality branded design and photography to keep the buzz alive and keep the ticket sales top-of-mind.


Results - The strategy of exclusivity, trend-hopping, fresh twists, engaging copy and design, and emails led to the event selling out a week in advance.

We raised awareness early and strategically by releasing tickets through limited quantity early bird tickets and sending reminders of tickets remaining to put pressure on last-minute buyers to act.

The main objective was to break even with 60 ticket sales but double the capacity due to the demand, selling 120 tickets, and even turning away 20 guests at the door.

The guest list landing page had over 500 page visits and 50 sign-ups in a month.

All event emails had an average of %70 open rate and over %10 CTR, the highest being %59.1.

Space Disco Instagram Promo Reel

Challenge - Reach a new audience and build buzz for a Space Disco, a themed party at Darling Bar using Instagram.


Solution - Produce an exciting short reel promoting the event and cross-collaborate with the venue on the post to attract their +11K followers.

The reel had to be short and snappy to hook the viewer’s attention and showcase what the event would entail by featuring fun footage from the previous event.

The reel was posted strategically at 10 a.m. on a Wednesday as Sprout Social and other experts recommended it as the optimal time to post on Instagram.

When the reel had piqued traction, we boosted it with a CTA to visit the link in the bio to purchase tickets.

We spent $12 over 3 days (until the event day) with intentional specifications on our audience with a Cost Per Website Visit being $0.38, having 32 website visits.

The boosted post brought in 1,602 impressions with a total of 6,528 impressions combined with the organic reach.

The nüemotion account had a +39,183% account reach and a +18,600% engagement increase compared to April 23-30, 2024.
